“The description read tour with English speaking guide, but absolutely no one spoke English, staff boat crew etc…it’s a Russian operated tour, and yes English dialogue is needed…to appreciate what the dam/canyon is about, it’s purpose history etc…and more importantly to understand welfare and safety instructions, I was left to follow the crowd and hope for the best. Viator whom I got the tour through was absolute rubbish. I rang an operative while on then cruise only to be put on hold, then timed out and didn’t even try to get back to me…the only response I got was the usual agent appraisal email afterwards. This tour is worth seeing…”

“I really enjoyed this tour! Everything was perfectly organized. The staff were friendly and always smiling, which made the experience even more pleasant. Our guide was amazing and spoke several languages including German, Polish, English, Russian, and Turkish — very impressive! The lunch was delicious and filling, with plenty of options to choose from. We got to enjoy clean, fresh air and beautiful nature throughout the trip. The transfer was comfortable, with air conditioning, and the guide explained everything clearly from start to finish. Overall, a fantastic tour — I highly recommend it!”

“The description tells there will be a maximum group of 17 people, but in reality we ended up on a boat tour with more than 100 people on the boat. This also resulted in an inefficient transfer, because of all the drop off locations with the touringbus (and in the end 1 minivan for the final 5 groups, we had a transfer time of more than 6 hours in total..... The tour itself was nice, unfortunately an accident happened where a little girl fell off the boat and almost drowned (maybe the boat staff could give life vests to children, when entering the boat?). Because of this accident, the tour…”
