“Not a good start to the day . No correspondence on pick up . WS waiting at 8 am had to get hotel to ring at 8.30 to find out what happening. Was told pick up 9.40 . A car pull up to collect us. The rest of the day was good , nice people but I paid £49 each and other people paid £40”
