“The Turkish bath was what I expected having experienced these in and around Istanbul on previous trips. The staff were attentive and the Turkish bath was very good. What was not good was even after booking and paying for an extra for a gentle massage for the two of us mid treatment being harassed for 5 minutes to charge up to the most expensive treatment by being told our bodies were not well and we would need to have this. Funny that both of us were given the same spiel. Don’t fall for it book what you want before and do not change your mind.”

“I think I was just unlucky because the reviews were good when I booked. The steam and sauna rooms were cold as they had only just been turned on so we were herded backwards and forwards waiting for them to heat up which they didn’t. The lady who did me seemed a little less thorough and faster than the others as I finished rather quickly everytime. The massage was nothing to write home about just massaging the oil in a little really. I have had so much better. I wish I had got her name but apologies I didn’t but I don’t want to put people off as I did…”
